SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text message communications sent by Anchor Pointe Wealth (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers who have opted in to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of receiving any service from Anchor Pointe Wealth.

Program Name: Anchor Pointe Wealth SMS Notifications Program

Opt-In: Customers opt in by completing and signing the Anchor Pointe Wealth Response Sheet in person and checking the SMS consent checkbox on the form. No messages are sent until a signed form is received and the opt-in is recorded.

Message Types: SMS messages may include office event notifications, insurance product updates, scheduling reminders, and appointment confirmations.

Message Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Anchor Pointe Wealth does not charge for SMS messages.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, complete a new response sheet at any Anchor Pointe Wealth event or office.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
